Tourluk Travel Platform Agreements
1. About Tourluk
Tourluk is a global Online Travel Agency (OTA) platform that connects travelers with independent tour operators and experience providers worldwide.
Tourluk primarily operates as a marketplace intermediary and does not directly operate tours unless explicitly stated.
In certain cases, selected tours may be operated or supported by affiliated companies of Tourluk, including licensed travel operators in Vietnam such as Star Group, which has extensive experience in both inbound and outbound travel services, to ensure service quality and operational reliability.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator.
- Once a booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with full details.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking information before completing payment.
3. Pricing and Currency
- Prices are displayed in the selected currency.
- Prices may vary depending on market conditions, exchange rates, or supplier changes.
- Prices may include applicable taxes, fees, or service charges.
- The final price will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Tourluk does not store full credit card details or sensitive payment information.
By completing a booking, you authorize Tourluk and its payment partners to process your transaction.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Each tour is subject to its own cancellation and refund policy as defined by the supplier.
- Refund conditions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and tour operator.
6. Changes and Availability
Tour operators reserve the right to modify Itineraries, Schedules, and Availability due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tourluk is not directly responsible for such changes but will assist in communication and coordination where possible.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By using Tourluk, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking
- Comply with local laws and regulations at the destination
- Follow instructions from the tour operator
- Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
8. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Tourluk is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of tour operators.
- Tourluk is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, delays, or disruptions caused by third parties.
- Tourluk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
9. Force Majeure
Tourluk shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, Government regulations, Pandemics, Transportation disruptions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tourluk platform (including text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Tourluk or its partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. User Conduct
Users agree not to: Use the platform for fraudulent purposes; Interfere with system operations or security; Copy or misuse content without authorization.
12. Termination
Tourluk reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if these Terms are violated.
13. Changes to Terms
Tourluk may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
