1. Valid Customer Requirement
Affiliates are encouraged to:
- Refer genuine external customers
- Assist customers throughout the booking process
- Make payments on behalf of customers (if legitimate)
👉 Commissions will be honored in these cases
2. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Self-referral bookings (booking for themselves to earn commission)
- Creating fake or “ghost” bookings
- Using related individuals or internal staff to generate artificial commissions
👉 Such bookings will be invalid and commissions will be forfeited
3. Fraudulent or Invalid Bookings
The following will result in immediate disqualification:
- Creating fake or manipulated booking data
- Using unauthorized or invalid payment methods
- Booking with the intention of cancellation/refund abuse
4. Commission Eligibility & Payout Conditions
To protect against payment disputes (Onepay/Sepay/PayPal/Stripe/Transfer Bank/QR transfer), commissions are paid only when:
- Tour Completed: The traveler has completed the tour
- Validation Period: 30–35 working days after completion
- No Disputes: No refunds, disputes, or chargebacks
- Net Sales Principle: No commission is paid if booking is fully refunded
👉 Tourluk does not pay commissions on lost revenue
5. Clawback Provision
If commission has been paid but a chargeback/dispute occurs later:
- Tourluk reserves the right to deduct the commission from future payouts
- Commission is only considered “earned” when the transaction is final
6. Misrepresentation & False Advertising
Affiliates must not:
- Provide misleading or false information
- Guarantee services not stated by Tourluk
- Impersonate Tourluk staff or representatives
7. Traffic Quality & Sources
Affiliates must use legitimate marketing channels:
- No spam (email or social media)
- No bot or artificial traffic
- No deceptive SEO or redirects
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Tourluk reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts upon suspected fraud
- Withhold or cancel unpaid commissions
- Remove access without prior notice
9. Final Decision
Tourluk reserves full discretion in reviewing affiliate activity.
Internal tracking systems and financial records are the final authority in determining:
