PAYMENT REGULATIONS AND METHODS

When registering, please provide complete information and pay a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the chosen tour program, and the remaining amount must be paid before the departure date according to the specific regulation of each individual tour (the sales staff will inform the customer). There are three payment methods:

  • Payment by cash at the company office.

  • Visa card payment (Card swipe/payment).

  • Bank transfer.

– Payment is considered complete when the Company receives the full tour fare before the departure date or as stipulated in the agreed contract between the two parties. Any delayed payment resulting in the cancellation of services is not the responsibility of the Company. – For bank transfer payments: When making a transfer, please clearly state your full name, address, phone number, and the specific tour content that you have registered for. – After completing the transfer, please send the electronic invoice to the company and contact the staff in charge of your route to receive the official travel voucher/ticket from Ngoisaotour.net. – Ngoisaotour.net will not resolve cases where the registration form is automatically canceled if the customer fails to comply with the above regulations.

2. PAYMENT AT THE OFFICE

Direct payment at the Office: 141 Chau Van Liem, Ward 14, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. PAYMENT VIA VISA CARD

Customers may use a Visa card to pay for the tour costs.

4. NOTE

  • All transactions transferred to the company account will be issued with clear invoices and documentation.

  • Invoices clearly state the information (traveler, travel date, number of guests, guest name, address).
